Welcome to TempMails.info (hereinafter referred to as "TempMails.info", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and temporary email services (collectively, the "Service"). 1. Description of Service

TempMails.info provides a temporary, disposable email service. Our Service allows you to generate temporary email addresses that can be used to receive emails. These email addresses and any emails received are intended for temporary use and are subject to automatic deletion. We aim to protect your privacy by not requiring personal information for the use of our basic Service. Our service supports the selection of multiple domain names and operates on the Cloudflare network for a fast experience.

2. User Responsibilities and Prohibited Uses

You agree to use TempMails.info responsibly and in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for your conduct while using the Service.

You agree NOT to use the Service for any of the following prohibited activities:

• Any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to, sending or facilitating the sending of unsolicited email (spam), phishing, or engaging in any fraudulent activity.
• Registering for services or websites that prohibit the use of temporary or disposable email addresses if their terms explicitly state so.
• Receiving, storing, or viewing emails containing private, confidential, sensitive, or illegal information. You understand that emails sent to TempMails.info are not inherently secure or private and may be accessible by others or deleted without notice.
• Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely stating or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Interfering with or disrupting the operation of our Service, servers, or networks.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks.
• Any activity that infringes on the intellectual property rights of TempMails.info or any third party. All copyrights related to TempMails.info and its Service belong to TempMails.info. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of TempMails.info or any part thereof without explicit permission from TempMails.info.

TempMails.info is not available for use in regions where such services are prohibited by law. Currently, this includes, but is not limited to, China Mainland.

3. Email Storage and Deletion

Emails sent to temporary addresses generated by TempMails.info are stored for a limited period. This period is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to delete email addresses and their associated emails at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to, server maintenance, abuse prevention, or inactivity.

You acknowledge that TempMails.info has no obligation to store, maintain, or provide you with copies of any emails or data sent to or through our Service. It is your responsibility to save any important information. Do not rely on TempMails.info for the storage of critical communications.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. TempMails.info makes no warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free, or that emails will be delivered or stored. We do not guarantee the availability of any specific email domain or address. Your use of TempMails.info is at your sole risk. We expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall TempMails.info, its affiliates, directors, employees, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including, without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses) resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where TempMails.info's principal place of business is located, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
